Renovation of a circa 1980s Walmart to a state-of-the-art judicial center for Caldwell County. Improvements to the six-acre site included new utilities to correct possible cross contamination, restriping of the main parking for better traffic circulation, a new fire access driveway, and accessibility improvements.

The site was awarded a 319 grant to improve the quality of stormwater runoff via low impact development techniques. These improvements included installing a rain garden to receive the parking lot runoff, a rainwater cistern to collect roof runoff, xeriscape planting beds, and a permeable paver parking lot.
