Redevelopment of a former parking lot into a 23,000 square foot office building on a 3/4-acre site along the North Lamar corridor. Parking reductions were utilized to maximize the 3-story building footprint and gross square footage.


Although this site has limited water capacity, Blayne coordinated an equitable solution for the site’s water needs without having to perform significant utility upgrades for this relatively small project.

Due to the small size, the project was able to pay a fee in lieu of providing onsite stormwater quality controls.
